A group of young broad helping minded enthusiasts, in different fields joined together trust named as AGALGAL with the overall goal of empowering the oppressed and downtrodden communities especially the deserving people, children and tribe. Various efforts made by AGALGAL over the years have resulted in marked development of the target population. Poverty anywhere is a threat to the prosperity everywhere. Poverty in South or East is the threat for the prosperity of North or West. Empowerment is a process of promoting the people in their socio economic health and educational dimensions. The development perspectives and efforts of AGALGAL through its operation have emancipated the disadvantaged sectors.
